It’s Monday ya’ll! I don’t know about you, but I definitely have a “case of the Mondays” this morning. The fact that we had such a fun time with my family being in town this weekend probably has something to do with it. I just want the weekend to last for a whole week… Boo. Oh well, welcome to the real world, right? I will share some of our weekend adventures and fun with you later this afternoon. Until then, here’s some fitness mantras and quick workouts I found on Pinterest that helped me feel a little more motivated this morning as I go into the week. I hope they are as encouraging and motivating for you as I found them to be!

Take these mantras and workouts with you on your run or to the gym or as you’re doing your home workout today! Enjoy! Happy Monday!

I knocked out 8.2mi this morning and kept repeating “just one more minute” when I wanted to quit.
Awesome job Michelle!! Self talk can be one of the best motivators!
Thanks, Ashley! I need these today. I spent the weekend away from most technology, but instead of feeling refreshed, I’m just overwhelmed :/ I’m printing the first one and putting it next to my desk for some motivation.
I hope your week ends up getting better and you feel less overwhelmed! Exercise always helps me feel less stressed. I’m glad you enjoyed them!
I love the mantras! I think I might sign up for pinInterest just to find them!
You totally should! It’s so worth it!
I love the “strong is the new skinny” one… yes please!
Me too – it’s definitely one of my favorites!
Thanks for the inspiration! We all need a good pick-me-up every now and then!

Thanks girl! I hope your Monday is going well too!
Love those mantras!! And I too was bummed the weekend ended so soon and definitely had a case of the Monday’s today…I think for the same reason as you since it was spent with my entire family….at least it reminded us that we need to have more family weekend get togethers and thank goodness the holiday’s are almost here for more of them!
Definitely! I love the holidays for that very reason – lots of family time!

My favorite motivation is “No matter how slow you go, You lap everybody on the couch!” Love that!
