Today’s WIAW features eats from Tuesday (as in yesterday
). As I was writing this post, I noticed my meals and snacks are quite seasonal! I’m loving the squash, sweet potatoes, and pumpkin these days.

Spaghetti squash with tomatoes, spinach, and marinara sauce
Along with a delicious pear

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Protein Pizookie

Cauliflower Crusted Spinach and Tomato Pizza

Everything looks so yummy! I always eat a ton of sweet potatoes and apples, but I’ve been loving more pears and squash lately.
I tried that ice cream a year or two ago and loved it. I may need to get another carton!
It’s so good. I don’t think the carton will last longer than a week in our house!
Oooo… spaghetti squash – gotta make that soon.. yours looks so good. & I’m totally into the microwave your own more healthy but equally delish dessert.. which is why I have to make that pumpkin chocolate chip protein pizookie!!
You definitely have to try the protein pizookie – SO good and so easy!
I love fall foods more than any other season! I’ve been eating my fair share of apples, pumpkin, squash, and Brussels. I still need to pick up some Dreyer’s pumpkin ice cream before the “limited edition” leaves the freezer section!
Me too – I love all the fall produce! Yes, you have to get to the store pronto to get some of the ice cream!! It’s so good!
I had some of that same ice cream this weekend and it tastes just like pumpkin pie! Soo good!!!!! I love eating seasonally!

Mmmm….pumpkin ice cream! I’ll be adding that one to my grocery basket!
