Thanks for this Ashley! It is so helpful to have one giant list like this of some of the best work outs out there. Sometimes it can be do overwhelming to pick a work out with all the options out there. Now I have a list to work through!

I like to read the workouts of different blogers, but I dont do them exactly as they did, sometimes it just not works of me, or I dont like all the moves, so I try to balance it and to incorporate different moves from different workouts and make it my own!
oh yeah, i do that sometimes too! everyone is different!

i thought it was kinda funny.
Great roundup! I don’t usually get workouts from blogs because I’m too busy making up my own. I have, however, done one from Fit In Heels in a few BodyRocktv workouts. I may have done a few more from blogs, but I can’t remember them at the moment.
I have tried some of these workouts and they are great! Thanks for posting them…now I can get some more ideas
