Hope you guys are having a GREAT weekend!
It’s been a good one over here. The weather has been beautiful, we did a fun 5k with friends yesterday, and this afternoon I’m throwing a baby shower for a girlfriend.
I also did some meal planning for the upcoming week!
Here’s what I have:
- Turkey meatloaf, baked sweet potatoes, & green beans
- Crock Pot Thai Chicken
- Skinny Baked Macaroni & Cheese with steamed broccoli
- Taco Soup with green salad
- Out to eat
- Leftovers/wing it
Grocery store list:
- Strawberries (depends how they look)
- Sweet potatoes
- Romaine lettuce
- Can of pinto beans
- Can of diced tomatoes
- 2 cans diced chiles
- Coconut milk
- Frozen stir fry veggies
- Whole wheat bread
- Whole wheat macaroni
And here’s what I’m hoping to accomplish in my world of fitness:
M – Stroller walk with friends
Tu – Pump Class + walk
Th – Jillian Michael’s No More Trouble Zones DVD
F – Rest
Sa – Pump Class
Su – Rest
As you can probably tell, I am loving the Pump class at my gym. It’s a class that challenges me and is super fun – I’d love to teach it someday!
