Welcome to My Food ‘N’ Fitness Diaries!

My name is Ashley Wiseman, and I am a 20-something year old wife to Cody, mama to Hunter, blogger, and group fitness instructor (I teach Total Body Conditioning, Les Mills BodyPump, and Les Mills RPM to be specific!).

I currently live in Gilbert, Arizona with my husband, son, and two dogs. My little family is my favorite so you’ll probably hear me talk a lot about them on here. We moved to Gilbert in May of 2014 from the Salt Lake City, Utah area. While I miss Utah and all of my friends there dearly, it’s good to be back “home” in Arizona where I grew up and spent my childhood.

I have a come a long way in my journey with food and exercise, and I’m happy to say I’m at a great spot these days. I love pretty much all food (peanut butter in particular), and my favorite forms of exercise are BodyPump, HIIT training, and RPM, but I’m always up for trying new things!


This blog was started in July 2011 as a way to share my passion for food and fitness with others.  My hope is to inspire others to live a healthy lifestyle by nourishing, moving, and resting our bodies.  I hope you’ll join me as I document my adventures through life while highlighting my love for food and fitness!
