Welcome to My Food ‘N’ Fitness Diaries!

My name is Ashley, a 20-something year old Christian, wife, mama to our little Hunter, and food and fitness enthusiast.


I have a come a long way in my journey with food and exercise, and I’m happy to say I’m at a great spot these days. I love pretty much all food (peanut butter in particular), and my favorite forms of exercise are running, circuit workouts, and spin classes, but I’m always up for trying new things!

I currently live in Utah County (specifically Eagle Mountain) with my husband, our son Hunter, and our two dogs, Ryan and Molly. My little family is my favorite, and you’ll probably hear me talk a lot about them on here.

This blog was started in July 2011 as a way to share my passion for food and fitness with others.  My hope is to inspire others to live a healthy lifestyle by nourishing, moving, and resting our bodies.  I hope you’ll join me as I document my adventures through life while highlighting my love for food and fitness!
